• Database and authentication — Supabase stores site data and handles account authentication.
• Email delivery — our email provider sends transactional messages such as order confirmations and enquiry responses.
• Payment processing — if we enable online payments, a regulated payment provider will process card details. We do not store complete card numbers ourselves.

We only share the information these providers need to perform their roles and we expect them to handle it securely.

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for — for example, warranty records are kept for the duration of the warranty period plus a reasonable period afterwards for legal and tax purposes. Enquiry data is retained until it is no longer needed for follow-up.

You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it by law.

Some of our service providers may store or process data outside New Zealand. When this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or providers operating in jurisdictions with comparable privacy protections.

Under New Zealand privacy law, you have the right to:
