By browsing, requesting a quote, or purchasing from sentinel-computers.nz, you accept these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Configuration prices on the site are indicative and are based on current component pricing, labour, and build options. A quote is not a binding contract until we confirm your order in writing and you have paid any required deposit.

We may refuse or cancel an order if a part is unavailable, a configuration is incompatible, or we suspect fraud or abuse.

Custom builds may require a deposit before parts are ordered. Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the order or the build cannot be completed as quoted. Final payment is due before shipping or pickup, unless otherwise agreed.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are quoted separately.

You may cancel a custom build before parts are ordered for a full refund. Once parts have been ordered, the deposit is retained to cover procurement costs and restocking fees. Ready-to-ship systems may be cancelled before dispatch; after dispatch, our returns policy applies.

If a system is faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion, including reasonable return shipping costs.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for custom builds. Ready-to-ship systems may be returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days, subject to a restocking fee.

Sentinel Computers provides a 2-year return-to-base (RTB) warranty on the systems we build. The warranty covers hardware faults that occur during normal use, assembly defects, and thermal issues attributable to our build process.

It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, overclocking damage, malware or software corruption, consumables, or damage caused by unauthorised modifications. Individual components may also carry their own manufacturer warranties.

Systems are shipped insured and foam-cradled within New Zealand. Delivery times are estimates and depend on component availability and courier networks. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the courier collects the package unless otherwise agreed.

All content on this site — text, images, branding, code, and design — is owned by or licensed to Sentinel Computers. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish it without permission.

You may not use this site to harass our team, submit false information, attempt to breach security, scrape content at scale, or engage in unlawful activity. We may suspend access or refuse service to anyone who does.

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the effective date at the top.
